Tract No. 3SF-138: A strip of land 57.5 feet in width through Lots 15, 16, and 17, Block 1.4, Quilcene TOIID1Site in Section 24, Township 27 North, Range 2 West, Willamette Meridian, Jefferson County, Washington. Said strip of land lies on the westerly side of, runs parallel with, and adjoins the existing 200- foot right of way of the United States of America for its Bonne- ville Power Administration's Sh.elton-Fai1'lllount No. 1 transmission line, the survey line of said 200-foot right of way being described in that certain deed dated August 18, 1947, recorded in Book 122, page 224, Auditor's File No. 11563, Deed Records of said County. to be conveyed to the United States of America for the agreed consideration of TWO HUNDRED TWmTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($2S5.00), for the purpose of constructing and operating a federal power project; ".,. .
