',iHERSAS, there has been presented to this Board of

County Com~ssioners a showing sufficient to urge the repeal

of HCW 84.64.250 the same being a provision of the law having

to do with the assignment of Certificates of Delinquency, now

therefore

BE IT'LlliSOLVED and the Board of County Commissione rs

for Jefferson co unty does hereb,IT reco~m:md to the Washington'
11
State Association of County Commissioners that it include in
12
its agenda of proposed legislation to be submitted to the 1969
13
session of the Washington State Legislature a recommendation
14
seeking such repeal, and
15
BE IT FURTR:m ~tES01VED that a copy hereof be forwarded
16
to the Executive Secretary of the Washington State Association
17
of County Co~ssioners for anpropriate reference.
