WHBBnS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commi-
ssioners that it is not in the public interest to continue to maintain as a
part of the County Road system the Old Leland Valley County Road from the
north boundary of the South � of the South z of the 'S44 of the gill, of Section
25, Township 29 N., Range 2 W., W.M. to the northerly bank of Snow Creek and
in contemplation of the language of the statute, R.C.W. 36.87.010, the same
are useless, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Cormnissioners does now declare its
intention to vacate and abandon sa'_d roads, and be it
FUT_TITER RESOLVED, and the County Road Fn7_neer is hereby directed to examine
said road; and report his opinion as to whe�her theme county road r should be
vacated and abandoned; whether d- is in or has been in use; the conditions
thereof, and whether it will be advisable to preserve said road for the county
road system is the future; whether the public will be benefited oy the proposed
abandonment, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance
to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon as practicable.
