',AJHEREAS, Jefferson County desires to procure a
Comprehensive Plan for the County for "vater and Sewer
facilitieso
BE IT RESOLVED that Carey and Kramer, Consulting E
Engineers, be retained for the preparation of such plan
subject to the conditions of the Agreement proposed to
the County by Carey and Kramer, June 3, 1968, and subject
to conditions outlined by 'County in Resolution 11-680
