RESOLUTION No. ''1-f.t.; '6
\vHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Jefferson county, by the County
Engineer that certain funds should be expended for the
purpose of preservation and repair of the courthouse, and,
WHEREAS, expenditures of such funds was not included in the
1968 budget of said county for its CUrrent Expense Fund; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably
fOESeen by these Commissioners at the time of making said
budget; and,
WHEREAS, this is a stated meeting date of this Board, now,
therefofle, it is
UNANUmUSLY RESOLVED by the members of t he Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson county, Washington, that the
aforementioned facts constitute an emergency and that the
estimated amount of funds to meet such emergency is
$10,000.00, and it is further
RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon such expenditure
shall be given, nd hearing to be held on Monday the 1st day of
July, 1968, in the Commissioners' Room in the Jefferson
Count y courthous e, Port Towns end, Washington, at t he hour
of ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day.
