RESOLUTION NO. 20-68

4 WHEREAS, the individual members of the Board of County
5 Commissioners for Jefferson County, having made a physical
6 examination of the clock tower of the Jefferson County
7 Courthouse and finding a considerable quantity of loose
8 masonry, and the tower in a quasi dangerous condition,
9 therefore,
10 BE IT RESOLVED that the clerk hereof be, and she is
11 hereby directed to inform the Custodian that visits to the
12 clock tower by student groups and other guests of the
13 building shall cease and determine as of this date and
14 until further notice.
15 ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1968.
