RESOLUTION NO. :l~-IoK'
WHEREAS on November 14, 1916, Arch C. Tweedie,
Treasurer of Jefferson County, Washington, caused to be
issued to one Joe Lang CERTIFICATES of DELINQUENCY Nos.
3900 and 3901, coverning Tax No.6 and Tax No.7, res-
pectively, in Tract 9 of the plat of Irondale Acre Tracts
in said county, and,
WHEREAS, each of s aid certificates has been assigned
to one Henry Lang, who since said date of assignment, and
his assignor, have paid all subsequent taxes assessed
against said real estate, and
WHEREAS, it appears that it is in the public interest
that the present Treasurer of Jefferson County issue to
said Henry Lang his deed to said real estate without the
necessity of a foreclosure proceedings, and that upon the
issuance and delivery of such a deed, this Board of County
Commissioners has been advised that the Transamerica
Title Insurance Company will insure title thereto, there-
fore, ,
BE IT RESOLVED, that upon t he surrender ot ,aid
Certificates of Delinquency Nos. 3900 and 3901 the
Treasurer of Jefferson County be and he is hereby
authorized, directed and empowered to issue to said
Henry Lang a County Deed to the real estate hereinabove
day of October, 1969.
