RESOLUTION NO. .:i9-1o 8
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is not' in the public interest to continue to
maintain as a part of the County Road Systemt
That portion of the Oak Bay Road, County Road No.
10, more particularly described as followst be-
ginning at a point on the west boundary of Area No.
2 of the plat of Port Ludlow No. 1 thence; soui;.heaaterJy
to the old townsite of Port Ludlow thence; southwesterly
to a point lying S 71117'19" E a dist.ance of 55..,7 feet
from the southwest corner of Lot 2.3, Area " of the plat
of Port Luelow No.1.
and in contemplation of' the language of the statute, R. C. W. .36.87.010,
the same is useless, now therefore, ,

BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Cimnissioners does now declare
its intention to vacate and abandon said r~ad, and be it
FURl'HER RESOLVED, and the County Road 'Engineer is hereby directed to
examine and report upon said road in aocordance with R. C. W. .36.87.040,
Engineer's report. '
