It appearing to this Board of County Comadssioners
upon the report of the CountyEng1neer that a certain

otherwise known as County Road No. j04 1s presently 1n a

finds that an ..ergmey exists as contemplated by the
provis1ons of ROW 41.28.020 requ1ring the immediate closure
ot said road until further notioe, now theretor., it is

closed to the use and travel of loaded tN des ot all
tonnage until the revocation of 1:his order, and th e Ccunty
Engineer be and he 1s hereby authori zeti and dire cted to
give notice ot this closure in manner and form of the
statute in such case. made and provided.
