ORDER DETERMINING AN EMERGENCY
This matter having come on regularly before the Board
of County Commissioners for Jefferson County for a determina-
tion whether or not an emergency exists Justifying a certain
expenditure, to-wit:
The expenditure of $4,000.00 for salaries and other
purposes during calendar year 1973, in order to maintain the
Jefferson County Museum at a minimum efficiency, and the
Board, pursuant to statute, having given notice of a hearing
hereof, and no person or parties appearing in opposition to
the proposed appropriation and commensurate expenditures,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the facts upon which such an
emergency was based are true and correct, such expenditure
is hereby approved, and the County Auditor of Jefferson County
be, and she is hereby authorized to make disbursements here-
under upon receipt of properly approved vouchers.
