ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard this day, and it appearing that notice
hereof has been given for the time, and i1'1 the manner provided by law, and no
objection or objection interposed, the Board finds that the facts set forth in
Resolution No. 48-74, constitute an emergency, and that the proposed expendi-
ture should be authorized, it is
ORDERED, and the County Auditor be, and she is hereby empowered to
draw warrants against the following funds, not exceeding the gross amounts so
appropriated to wit:
County Road Fund
Current Expense Fund
Solid .Waste
Elections
$10,084.12
$ 8,626.34
$ 250.89
$ 74.79
unles a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
