JEFFERSON COUN'T'Y FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 2
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, have received petitions signed by over sixty (60) percent of
the registered voters residing in Precincts 203 (Coyle), 206 (Thorndyke),
and 302 (Center), for the annexation of certain described unprotected land
area into Jefferson County Fire Protection District No. 2, for the purpose
of obtaining fire fighting protection and prevention facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Commissioners of Fire Protection District No. 2
concur in the annexation of the territory designated in said petitions;
Now Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that under the provisions of RCW 52.03.060,
the following described contiguous territory be and is hereby incorporated
into Jefferson County Fire Protection District No. 2, and shall become
subject to the indebtedness, bonded or otherwise, of said existing district
in like manner as the territory of said district:
All land West of the center line of the Coyle Road,
and all land South of the Southern boundary line of
Section 25 and 26, Township 27 North, Range 1 West,
beginning at the center line of the Coyle Road and
ending at the Jefferson - Kitsap County Line. All
land being situate on the Toandos Peninsula in Jeff-
erson County.
