ORDER
Allowing the Refund of Fees Paid for Applications
for Permits which have been Withdrawn by the
Applicant
Because there are no procedures providing for the refund of
fees collected by the County Planning and Building Depart-
ments, where applications for required permits have been with-
drawn by the applicant before the County has committed
substantial time for its review, this Order hereby authorizes
the Jefferson County Treasurer to refund to the applicant the
total amount of monies specified in writing by the Head of
said departments.

WHEREAS, it appears that the amount in the 1977 Federal In Lieu
of Taxes account has not been transferred on the records in the County
Treasurer's Office to the Current Expense Fund; therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is
hereby authorized and empowered to transfer the amount of $68,886.00
from the Federal In Lieu of Taxes account ~19 into the Current Expense
fund.
