RESOLUTION NO.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter Ill, Laws of
Washington, 1965, the Treasurer of Jefferson County be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to invest six
thousand dollars ($6,000.00) of the monies now carried
on his books under "Suspense," representing excess payments
made by purchasers at tax foreclosure sales, with the
First American National Bank of Port Townsend, a national
banking association, in a Time Certificate of Deposit due
after nine (9) months from date of issue.
ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1967.
