RESOLUTION NO. ]) - sr
This matter came on to be heard this day pursuant to
the provisions and directives contained in Resolution Nos.
D-5 and D-6 of this Board of County Commissioners, and it
appearing that notice hereof has been given by posting
and publication in manner and form as provided by law, and
the Board having considered the report of the County Road
Engineer, and other evidence offered in connection herewith,
finds that its declaration of intention as contained in
said resolutfon No. D-5 should be affirmed, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is
ORDERED that Jefferson County Road No. )08 be, and
the same is hereby vacated and abandoned as a part of the
Jefferson County Road System.
ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1967.
