BE IT RESOLVED that w., the Board. of Jefferson County Commission.r.
do Hereby authorize the combined expenditure of the County Tr....vr.r

equip their separate offices with the necessary automation equipment
to allow them to mechanically process the tax assessing and billing
in a modern up to date method.
Order may be placed now with expenditure to be paid in oash after
the 196a Budget is effective. At that time the portion of their
respective Budgets~- budgeted to Capital Outlay for this purpos.

Balance to be borrowed on a temporary loan traasrer
from the County Road Fund to be amortized over a maximum of three
years. A reason~b~~ interest rate will be ~harged. (1% is recognized
as reasonable)
Loan to be. consumated and incumbrance paid not.
