Pursuant to th e provisions of Chapt er 238 of
the regular session and Chapt er 61 of the extraordinary
session of the 1967 Vwashington State Legisla tur~, this
Board of County Commissi oners has decl.-r ed :md does now
declare the intention of Jefferson County of combining
with the counties of Clallam, Grays Harbor, .L-lason, Thurston
and Pacific so as to form wha t is to be known as the
OLTIvlPIC COUNTY AIR POLLUTl 01~ COi~ TROL AUTH ORITY .
ADOPTED this 18th day of Decemb er, 1967.
