3heriff's Office reQuires reorganization and its establish-
ment on a three shift basis;

with shift operation;

floor is necessary;

3heriff's 1967 Operating Budget there is an unused salary
item;

~ainten3nce and Operation Division of the Sheriff's 1967
Operating Budget;

surplus of 0650.00 in Operation and Maintenance be trans-
ferred to cupital outlay in order that renovation compatible
