WHEREAS it appears under the terms of Resolution No.
~~-L,?c, adopted January 31, 1966, that the notice required

as contemplated by statute concerning ~he~incorporation of
the ~~l r ~~~o~ of Hadlock is insufficient and correction
should be made, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. c!.-.t-:30aforesaid be
to all intents and purposes ratified and confirmed save and
except that the hearing date and time and place for hearing
be amended to read on!.A-vu.J 0" , the / _ \~ day of
February, 1966, at the ~our of 1/' tJ t.} 0 t Cloc'k in the fore-
noon of said day, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of Resolution No.

aforesaid, as amended by this resolution, be
published in haec verba in the Port Townsend Leader as pro-
vided by law.
