In the Matter of the Proposed
Incorporation of the TOWN OF
HADLOCK.
RESOLUTION AND FINDINGS
upon Hearing on Petition
for Incorporation
Pursuant to Resolution No. C-630, adopted January 31,
1966, this matter came on for hearing February 15, 1966,
and testimony having been heard, the same was continued to
March 1, 1966, and on said latter date continued to this
day and the Board having now reviewed and considered the
evidence before it, both oral and documentary, finds as
follows:
(1) That the time and place of hearing
on the Petition for Incorporation
was given for the time and in the
manner provided by law, proof of
which publication is on file, and
that this Board has jurisdiction of
the pertinent subject matter;
(2) That it is impractical to decrease
the area proposed in the petition;
(3) That from a census taken, the number
of inhabitants, as nearly as may be,
within the hereinafter descrabed
boundaries, is 303,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED
That the boundaries of the proposed Town of Hadlock be,
and the same are hereby, established and defined as follows:
Beginning at the corner common to Sections 1, 2,
11 and 12, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, W. M.,
Jefferson County, Washington; thence west along
the section line between Sections 2 and 11 to the
west line of the Morrissey Addition; thence north
along the west line of said MOrrissey Addition to
the northwest corner of the said Morrissey Addi-
tion; thence northerly in a straight line to an

intersection with the northeasterly right of
way of the junction of County Road No. ~ and
County Road No. 18-16.32; thence northerly
along the east right of way of County Road
No. 18-16.32 to an intersection with the south
right of way of First Street as shown on the
Plat of the South Port Townsend Subdivision;
thence west to the southeast corner of Cedar
Street right of way as shown on the Plat of
the Phillips Addition Subdivision, thence
northerly along the east right of way of Cedar
Street to an intersection with the south right
of way of Fitchburg Avenue; thence easterly
along the south right of way of Fitchburg
Avenue to the southeasterly right of way of
the junction of Fitchburg Avenue and E Street;
thence northerly on an extension of the east
right of way of Maple Street, along said right
of way to an intersection with the southeast-
erly right of way of the junction of Maple
Street and Montgomery Street as shown on the
Plat of the Harrisburg Supplement; thence
easterly along the south right of way of
MOntgomery Street to the High High Water line;
thence southeasterly along the High High
Water line to an intersection with the north
right of way of Wharf Street; thence south-
westerly along the north right of way of
Wharf Street to an intersection with the
section line between said Sections 1 and 2;
thence southerly along said secti~n line to
the point of beginning; ,.
That the number of inhabitants within the boundaries
hereby established and defined is 303.
