IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF com:ry COMl.lISSIONERS thsli it is its
intention to construct a bituminous surface treatment, Schedule nAu, on all
or parts of county roads No.4, 10, 10-7.54, 16, 20-1.45, 30, 30-7.20, 69,
76, 301, 302, 18 and certain streets.
BE IT FURl'HER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURI'!CR P.ESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance
with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the state of Washington as
adopted by this Board.
