IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COillfi'Y COMUISSIONERS that it is its
intention to construct a bituminous seal coat, Schedule "D"., on all or
parts of county roads nos. 10, 10-3.48-0.51, 10-3.82, 12-0.19, 12-1.28.,
16-18.43, 20, 30, 38-1.77, 70, 74, 84, 86, 102, 214 and 216.
BE rr FURl'HER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE rr FURr!CR RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day laborin accordance
with the standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the state of Washington as
adopted by this Board. -
