RESOLUTION No. C - ,~- J
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for
Jefferson County is authorized under the provisions
of RCW 36.33.020 to establish a cumulative reserve
fund for several different purposes and for specific
county purposes; and,
WHEREAS, in the judgment of a majority of this
Board of County Commissioners, the establishment of
such a fund for the following purpose, to-wit:
The construction, operation and maintenance
of a building and/or structure in the West
End of Jefferson county suitable for all
county needs,
is necessary for the efficient operation of the
government of Jefferson county, Washington, due to
anticipated growth and development of this area of
the county; and,
WHEREAS, under the provisions of RCW 36.33.030
the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to
in elude in the county's annual budget for estimates
of amounts required to meet public expenses for the
ensuing year and to levy a tax within the limits
authorized by law for sum item, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED
By the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson
Cofinty, Washington, that a fund to be known and
designated as the "CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND - West
End" be and the same is hereby established; that an

for the foregoing purpose and not otherwise expended

unless authorized as by statute permitted.
