RESOLUTION NO. C -- if. & Y-
Petition having heretofore been filed with the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County on the~~ day ~
1966, for the annexation to Jefferson County Fire Protection
District No.1, as hereinafter more specifically set forth, and
it appearing that more than sixty percent of all the qualified
registered electors residing within the territory proposed to be
annexed in the petition for the annexation, and that the Fire
Commissioners of Jefferson County Fire District No. 1 concurred
therein and the Commissioners finding that pursuant to the provisio s
of R.C.W. 52.080.060 an election is not required and the County
Commissioners deeming that the Petition of Annexation should be
granted and such determination having been made, now therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jeffer
County, State of Washington, that all the land situated in Jefferso
County described as follows, to-wit:
Sections 2, 3, 4, 9 and 10 and NE quarter, Section 15
Township 28 North, Range 1 West, W.M., be and the same
