Petition having heretofore been filed \~th the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County on the ~-<7Ck day of l~,iu/L/
1966, for th.:; annexation to Jefferson County Fire Protection
District No.2, as hereinafter more specifically set forth, and
it appe aring tha t more th an sixty pe rcent of all the qual ified
registered electors residing within the territory proposed to be
annexed in the petition for t he annexation, and that the Fire
Commissioners of Jefferson County Fire District No.2 concurred
therein and the Commissioners finding that pursuant to the provisions
of R.CoWo 520080.060 an election is not J:equired and the County
Commissioners deeming that the Peti ti on of Annexation should be
granted and such determination having been made, now therefore:
BE IT 2ESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, State of T,vashington, that all the land si tuated in Jefferson
County described as follows, to-wit:
Sections 16, 17, 20, 21, 28, Z9, 31, 32 and 33,
in township 28 North, Range 1 West W. M.
is hereby annexed to Jefferson County Fire Protection District No. 20
This determination made by the Board of County Commissioners of
