It is HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Director of

being an amount not m excess of' the amount of' money now credited or reasonably anti-
cipated to accrue to Jelt..... County in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the

Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of f'uel
tax revenues to Jeft..... County, from the Motor Vehicle Fund, an amount not in
excess of the ab0ve-5pecified sum, for the use of the Director of Highways to defray
the costs incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon comple-
tion of the aforesaid work, a statement having been furnished Ie.tt... County of
the cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is
made to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost
from the funds withheld, hOV\'8ver, not to exceed the above specified sum with any unex-
pended balance to be released to Jett.rtIGIl County and to be included in the next
succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments, all in accordance with RCW 47.08.080.
