lftIERE.4S, after due considerat:~on, it appears to this Board of C01.mty
Cor.rJi"lissioners, that it is not in t:'l8 public interest to continue to maintain
as part of the count~r road system;
l. All those portions of the folloe'ling platted streets in the SeahoJ:le
Addi.tion as recorded on page l2ll in volmne 2 of plats, records of.' Jeff-
erson CQlmty, 1:Jashington; lJring outf:ide of the ri;;ht of vra:r for County
Hoad No.9 (C.H.P. No. 266): '
The unnamed street running east and west betlJGen Lots 7 and 29,
The unnamed street runninc east and Hest betl'leen Lots 6 and 7,
and the 1L.'1.named street rlU1l1ing north and south lying between Lot
29 on the 1vest and Lots 1 through T' on the east.
2. All those portions of the old D:L3cover:r Road in Sec. 29, T. 30

right of Hay line of said County Road Project Ho. 250.
and in contemplation of the language of ~~he statute, RoC.H. 36.87.010,
the same are useless, nOvI therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED, end this Board of County Cornn:1.ss:'oners does noVJ declare
its intention to vacate and abandon said roads, and bo it,
FUR'l'HER RESOLVED, and the Count~r Enc:tnecr is hereby cU.rected to examine
said roads and report his opinion as to Hhether these county roads should be va-
cated and abandoned; Hhether any are in use or have been in use; the conditions
thereof; and vlhether it VIill be adviseable to preserve said roads for the county
road system in the future; l.J'nether the public Hill be benefited by the proposed
abandon-TIent, and all other facts, matters and things '\'Tinch 1,ri.ll be of importance
to the Board and that such report be filed as soon as practicable.
