IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF comn'Y COMNISSIONERS that it is its
intention to constrUct. a bituminous' seal coat, Schedule D on all or parts
of COtUlty roads Nos. L~, 6, 16, l8-O.33, 20~1.45" 34, 38-5.11, 216, 302,
314 and certain streets
BE IT FURl'HER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED A~ AUTHORIZED to
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURr!CR P..ESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labo:l1n accordance
with the Standal"d Road and Bridge Specifications of the State 6f Washington as
adopted by this Board.
