This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Enginee~~~!porl
with respect to the vacation and abandonment of those portions of county set
forth in Resolution No. 610 adopted the 19th day of April" 1965, and it appearing
to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's
report has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having
proceeded to consider the report of the Engineer, together with the other evidence adduced
and being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine
(l) That those portions hereinafter described are not useful as parts of the
County Road system;
(2) That the publiB will be benefited by the vacation thereof; NotrJ'THEREFORE BE
rr RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED that
1. All those portions of the following platted streets in the Seahame Addition as
recorded on page 124 in volume 2 of plats" records of Jefferson County, Washington; lying
out9i.de of the right of way for County Road No.9 (C.R.P. No. 266:)
The unnamed street running east and west between Lots 7 and 29,
The unnamed street running east and west between Lots 6 and 7,
and the unnamed street running north and south lying between Lot 29 on the
west a,Old Lots 1 through 70n the east.
2. All those portions of the old Discovery Road in Sec. 29, T. 30 N., R. 1 W.,
lying outside of the right of w~ of the present location of County Road No. 38.

approved September 16, 1963; from a point thirty feet south of the section corner COI1U11on
to sections 28, 29, 32 and 33, T. 30 N., R. 1 E., W.M. southerly to the intersection with
the westerly right of way line of said County Road Project No. 250 be vacated and abandoned
on and after June l7, 1965.
