IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF com:ry CQl-mISSIONERS that it is its
intention to improve approxi.mate~ 0.6 mile of County Road No.4, Ness
Corner to Hadlock, by clearing, grubbing, grading, draining and surfacing
and by contructiDg a 108" di.ameter culvert at Chimacum Creek.
BE IT FURl'HER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURr~CR P.ESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labo2in accordance
with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as
adopted by this Board.
