RESOLUTION '-;!lA. C, o.;ofs, ^-7
2 Petition having heretofore been filed with the Board of
3 County Commissioners of Jefferson County on October 12, 1965 for
4 the annexation to Jefferson County Fire Protection District No 1,
5 as hereinafter more specifically set forth, and Notice of Hearing
6 by posting and publication as required by law having been had
7 pu~.uant to the Notice on December 20, 1965, and the County
8 Commissioners deeming that the Petition of Ann~xation should be
9 granted, and such determination having been made, now therefore:
10 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jeffers n
11 County, State of Washington, that all the land situated in Jefferso
12 County described as follows, to-wit: Sections 4 and Sections 5 of
13 Township 29 North, Range 1 West, W.M., and Section 32 and the West
~4 Half of Section 33, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M., all in
15 Jefferson County, State of Washington, be and hereby is annexed to
16 Jefferson County Fire Protection District No 1. This determination
17 made by the Board of County Commissioners dE Jeff.xson County,
18 State of Washington this 20th day of December, 1965.
