WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners fo r Jefferson
County, that the following budgets 'Wtll not have sufficient funds to
maintain them for the year of 1965, due to emergencies which could not
have been foreseen at the time of p:r:eparing budgets,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That there 'be, and hereby is appropriated
for immediate expenditure the following:

Jury Fees

WHERfAS IT APPEARS that the following; transfers will be necessary
in several budgets vtlich have 3lrplus funds in some categories and in-
sufficient funds in others, and the County Auditor is authorized to make
the following transfers:
AGRICULTURIST: Transfer $82.00 from, SALARIES & WAGES, and $30.00 from
CAPITAL OUTLAY to MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONo
COUNTY AUDITOR: Transfer $26000 from Equ-ipment Repairs to CAPITAL OUTLAY 41
COUNTY COURTHOUSE: Transfer $530c>00 from Fuel under MAINTENANCE & OPERA-
TION to SALARIES & WAGES.
COUNTY JAIL: Transfer $4.00 from Board of Prisoners under MAINTENANCE &
OPERATION to CAPITAL OUTLAY.
COUNTY SHERIF'F: Transfer $1200.00 from SALARIES & WAGES to MAINTENANCE &
OPERATION 0
SUPERIOR COURT: Transfer $315.00 from SALARIES & WAGES to JURY FEES and
$48.00 from CAPITAL OUTLAY to JURY FEES under MAINTENANCE & OPERATION
NOW, 'lHEREFORE, the County Auditor is her eby empowered to draw
warrants for the above expenditureso
