A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY CODISSIOm RS
FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, VACATING THAT
PORTION OF .m.'ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOTS 1 UD 2 .AND
LOTS 3, ~, 5. and 6 IN BLOCK 7 OF TUKEY'S ADDITION
IN SAID COUNTY.
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COWISSIONERS FOR J:E:FFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
IN RIDULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO RESOLVE:
Section l~ That the petition tl1ed by George L. stockman
and Rachel D. stockman, his wif'e, on January 6, 196iJ., requesting
that the alley lying in Block 7 of' Tukey's Addltion be vacated, is
in all respects properly made; that notice ot hearing of said
petition on Monday, Februaz-y 3, 1964., at 10:00 A.M., was duly given
by posting and publication as prescribed by law; and 'that upon
hearing held pursuant to said notice, no objection to said petition
was made.
Section 2. That that oertain Alley or Road
Lying in B100k 7 of' Tuke,.' s Addition to Jef'ferson
County, Washington, bounded on the East b,. Lots
3, 4-, 5 and 6 in said B100k 7, and on the West by
Lots 1 and 2 in said Blook 7,
be and it is hereby vacated" closed, and its use as a public
waY' dis oohtinued, and the same is removed f'rom the Jefferson
County road and highway sys tem and p1aoed upon the County tax roil s
pursuant to law.
Sectionl The vacation herein granted is made subjeot
to the oondition that the petitioBers t1:aretor shall paY' all costs
and expenses incident to said vacation of' a County road or alle,..
