BESOLUTION No. C -5'1;
WHEREAS, a petition has been transmitted by the County
Auditor to the Board of County Commissioners of Jefterson County,
Washington, for the ofrmation of a water district within the here-
inafter described boundaries, and the County Auditor has trans-
mitted a certificate of sufficiency ot the persons signing said
petition are qualified, registered electors residing within the
boundaries of said area, and
WHEREAS, it appears in the petition that such will be con-
duelve to the public health, convenience and welfare, and will be
of benefit to the property included in such district.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that a public hearing shall
be held at the Commissioners' Room, in the CQurthouse, Port Town-
..ad, Washington, on the t,7bI.. day of ~ 1964, at tt:OO
A. M., regarding the formation of a water district within the
following described boundaries:
GoverDlllent Lot :5 of Section 29, Township as
North, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian,
in Jefferson County, State of Washing:~D.
