A RESOLUTION GRANTING TO THE PORT OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN
CONSIDERATION OF THE PAYMENT OF $125.00,CBRTAIN COUNTY
OWNED LANDS.
The Board of County Commissioners, in regular session assembled,
do here and hereby RESOLVE, as follows:
Section 1. That the County of Jefferson shall, for a consideration
of 8125.00, forthwith convey to the Port of Port Townsend, a municipal
corporation, county-owned lands, located in Jefferson County, Washington,
and described as follows:
,
Lots 6 to 12, inclusive, in Block 6;
Lots 14 to 16, inclusive, in Block 6;
Lot 7 in Block 7; and Lots 9, 10, 23, 25 and 29 in Block 7;
all of the foregoing lying and being in the Railroad
Addition to the City of Port Townsend;
AND
Lots 4 to 6, inclusive, Lots 10 to 12, inclusive, and
Lots 14 and 15, in Block 8 of the Railroad Addition to
the City of Port Townsend;
AND
Lot 14 in Block 10 of the Eisenbeis Addition Addition
to the City of Port Townsend.

Section 2. That the Treasurer of Jefferson County is here andr
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver to the Port of
Port Townsend, his deed for those lands described in Section 1 hereof,
upon payment to him by the Port of Port Townsend of the sum of 8125.00.
Passed and approved at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
for Jefferson County, Washington, held on March 6, 1964.
