RESOLUTION. No. C! - !J-g'r
Whereas, a public hearing was had on the 6th day of April,
1964, pursuant to notice given by publication, regardini the
formation of a water district, and the Commissioners having found
that said water district would be condusive to the public health,
welfare and convenien.e and of special benefit to the land in-
cluded within said boundaries, and there being no objection to the
formation of said district, after exclusion of McNeal property,
NOW, THEREFORE, be in resolved that a special election
shall be had on the 26th day of May, 1964, at which time all
qualified voters residing within the boundaries of said district
shall cast their ballots for the election of three commissioners
and as to whether or not said district shall be formed.
Approved this 6th day of April, 1964.
