RESOLUTION NO. C-596
WHEREAS, Section 36.32.020.of Remington's Revised Code of
Washington, provides that Boards of County Commissioners in this
State shall from time to time, divide thei r County into Commissioner
Districts so that each district shall comprise as nearly as possible
one-third of the population of the County and,
WHEREAS the boundary lines ,of the Commissioner Districts in
Jefferson County have not been changed for several years, and
WHEREAS, according to the present population of Jefferson County
the Districts should be di vided and
BE IT RESOLVED that from and after the passage of this Resolution
Commissioner Districts of Jefferson County shall comprise the fo~lowing
Precincts:
Commissioner District No. I
Port Townsend Precinct I
Port Townsend Precinct II
Port Townsend Precinct III
Port Townsend Precinct IV
Port Townsend Precinct VIII
Port Townsend Precinct IX
Commissioner District No. 2
Port Townsend Precinct V
Cent e r
Chimacum
Hadlock
Gardiner
Irondale.
Nordland
Port Ludlow
Shine
Tarboo
Woodman
