RESOLUTION No. d - ~ 0 V
The Board of County Commissioners having been
informed that one successful bidder at the ~reasurer's sale
of November 6th, after having the property uponwh~~goffered
his bid having been stricken off and kno eked down to him,
stopped payment on t he check reflecting his bid price,
Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED
That the Treasurer of Jefferson County, in fuis
official capacity be and he is hereby authorized to commence
action seeking recovery on the face of the check.
ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1964.
