IT APPEARS TO THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
tha t the Jefferson County Fai r Associ ation Revolv ing Fund
does not have alffici mt cash on hand to pay all the expenses
of th e Fair unti 1 the ir allocation from the State Fair Fund
is received, and
BE IT RESOLVED under au thori ty vested by RUW 36.37.040,
The County Treasurer is empowered to trans fer funds from
the Current Expense Fund of the County to the County Fai r
Associ ation, Revolving Fund, and
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED th at the County Treasurer transfer
$1,000.00 to the County Fair Association Revolving Fund and
men the aJl.location from the State Fair Fund is received, the
Treasurer S1all first deduct from such remittance the money
heretofore transferred and the said sum of $1,000.00, and
credit the same to the CURRENT EXPEN SE FUND.
