The county road purpose herein described is IIER-=BY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDEP8D AND AUTHORIZED
TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURI'TIER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor
in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
