RESOLUTION NO. c -sit
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to provisions of R.C.W.
3.34.090 the bond of the Justice of the Peace pro tempore
Justice Court Commissioners, and all court employees of
the Jefferson County Justice District Court shall furnish
bond in customary form, provided, however, that the gross
thereof shall be fixed at the sum of $2500.00, and the
same may be in blanket form. or individual bonds in the sum of
$1,000.00 each.
The bond of the Justice of the peace is hereby
fixed in the sum of $1,000.00.
ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1963.
