BE IT RESOLVED that the State of Washington Standard Specifications
for Road and Bridge Const~ction, as revised and a<:iopted by the Washington
State Highway Commission under date of 1963, be and the same are hereby
adopted as standards for county road and bridge construction, and by
reference made a part hereof in all particulars.
