TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS
TO PERFOR1\i CERTAIN WORK
Before the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, Washington.
It is HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Director of
Highways is authorized and directed to make expenditures as are necessar.y fram
available state .funds for and on behalf of the Cou.nty of Jefferson to the extent of
six hundred dol.1.ars and no cents ($600.00) as a part of the County's partieipating
share and costs in the above Rmtlioned project.
to the amount of Six hundred and no cems ($ 600 00 ) Dollars,
being an amount not J.n excess of" the amount of money now creaited or reasonably anti-
cipated to accrue to Jefferson County in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the
1961-1963 biennium, and
Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of fuel
tax revenues to Jefferson County.l from the Motor Vehicle Fund, an amount not in
excess of the above-specified sum, for the use of the Director of Highways to defray
the costs incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon comple-
tion of the aforesaid work, a statement having been furnished Jefferson County of
the cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is
made to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost
from the funds withheld.. however, not to exceed the above specified sum with any unex-
pended balance to be released to Jefferson County and to be included in the next
succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments, all in accordance with RCW 47.08.080.
