It appearing ~o the Board of CQunty Commissioners from
documentation delivered to it by the. County Treasurer that
one Paul Jat'farian has failed to meet ins'tallments due on
the county centracts hereinafter listed and has failed to
pay the taxes assessed against the lands and premises in

BE IT RESOLVED and said County Treasurer is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed and effec'tuate the for-
feiture and cancellation of all thereof.
