Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 84.64.320,
BE IT RESOLVED that the tax foreclosed property as
described on the attached sheet, marked Exhibi t "A" and 1,ade
a part hereof, be and the same is hereby ordered struck off
and disposed~o the PORT 0 f POHT 'rO,v'NSEND, a municipal

corporation, and the COUNTY TREASURRR be and he is hereby
authoriz ed and empowered, upon receipt by him of the mnount
of the unpaid taxes and interest for which said property
was ibreclosed, to make, execute and deliver to said Port of
Port To-wn send, hi s deed to s aid property, and the w'nole
thereof.
ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 1963.
