RESOLUTION NO.C- 41
WHEREAS, a petition has been transmitted by,- the County
Auditor to the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, for the formation of a water district within the
hereinafter described boundaries, and the County Auditor has
transmitted a certificate of sufficiency of the persons si~~ing
said petition are qualified, registered electors residing within
the boundaries of said area, and
WHEREAS, it appears in the petition that such will be
conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare, and
will be of benefit to the property included in such district.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that a public hearing shal
be held at the Commissioners' Room, in the Courthouse, Port
Townsend, Washington, on the 5th day of April, 1963, at 10:00
A. M., regarding the formation-of a water district within the
following described boundaries:
Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K,
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13 and 14 of the Plat of Paradise View
Estates, as pe~ plat recorded in Volume 4
of Plats, page 8, records of Jefferson
County, Washington.
