\fBERJirAS, a public hearing was had oa the 5th day of April,
1963, pursuaat to notice given by publication, regaltdiag the
formation of a water district, and the CO.missioners having
found that aaid water district WG_uld be condusive to the public
heal th, welfare and convenience aad of special beaefit to the
land included within said boundaries, and thera beias RD object-
ion to the formation of said dtatrict,
NOW. THEREPORE, be it resolved that a special election
shall be had on the 28th day of May, 1963, at which ti.e all
qualified voters residing within the bouadaries of said district
shall ca~their ballots for the election of three co.missio..rs
aDd as to whether or not said district shall be foraed.
