intention to improve 8.53 miles of existing grave1 surfaced roads by construct-
ing a Bituminous Surface Treatment (Schedule A) thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose

in accordance vnth the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
