IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIE BOi'RD OF CCUNTY CO:2~ISSIONERS that it is their
intention to improve 10.79 miles of existing bituminous surfaced roads by
constructing a bituminous surface treatment, Shcedule D (Seal Coat) thereon.
