PURSUANT to Findings and Recommendation of the
Division of Municipal Corporations of the State of
Washington, as reflected in the last examination of
the records and affairs of Jefferson County, State of
Washington,
BE IT RESOLVED and under the authority vested by
RCW 36.37.040, the Treasurer of Jefferson County be and
he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered to forth-
with transfer from the CURRENT EXPENSE FUND of said county
to a new fund to be known and designated as COUNTY FAIR
ASSOCIATION, REVOLVING FUND, the sum of $2,000.00, and
to honor checks drawn on such Revolving Fund by the auth-
orized officers of said Association, not exceeding said
amount of $2,000.00, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon receipt by Jefferson
County of allocation from the State Fair Fund under the
provisions of RCW 15.76, said Treasurer shall first deduct
from such remittance said sum of $2,000.00 and credit the
same to the said CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall

remain in force and effect, and continue from year to year,
until revoked.
